Postition: Daycare Teacher

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma (GED), a minimum of 24 college credits with 4,160 (2yrs) hours of experience as an Assistant Teacher or be considered a qualified teacher based on education in early childhood development for our Daycare Teacher positions and preferred experience working with children for hire.

Teachers will be required to plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, have good communication skills, problem solving skills and priority setting skills as well as the ability to maintain an overall positive and professional attitude/disposition, and will be expected to attend all in-service and staff meetings and meet all applicable licensing requirements including a background study.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Position(s): Recovery Advocate (RA)
Available Shifts: 11pm – 7am  OR  3pm – 11pm

We’re looking for talented, committed, and caring people to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, direct client contact – monitor client behavior and performance of their responsibilities in the program;
• Collaboration with other staff members to ensure clients are getting the most out of their recovery and are living and learning in a safe and respectful environment;
• Help develop parenting skills with the women we serve
• Documentation and record keeping
• Medication Administration
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Transportation to various outside appointments and activities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED;
• 18 year of age or older;
• Ability to pass a background check;
• Minimum of 2 years free from substance use disorder;
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; and
• Physical ability to perform the responsibilities of the position which include: bending, stooping, sitting, walking, and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Position: Mental Health Therapist LPCC/LMFT/LICSW

Recovering Hope is currently looking for full-time therapists to provide diagnostic assessments, individual sessions, couple’s counseling and family therapy. Recovering Hope is hoping to add experienced and self-directed therapists to enhance program values and philosophies, while providing mental health services for a diverse range of individuals in both outpatient and residential settings. Recovering Hope Treatment Center is also looking to develop group therapy programs in the future and would love anyone interested in facilitating group work. We are open to post-master licensure candidates and would provide individual and group supervision. Preference for candidates will go for dually licensed or EMDR trained therapists.

Position: LADC Intern

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is looking for individuals to join our team as alcohol and drug counseling interns. We are a gender-specific, co-occurring treatment program on a beautiful campus in Mora, MN. We provide services to individual, pregnant, and parenting women in a family treatment setting.

Recovering Hope Treatment Center has a newer facility, innovative programming, and a fun and strong team. We are excited for the opportunity to expand our team with qualified interns.

We provide weekly supervision, growth opportunities, intern office space, and the possibility of a paid internship during the second semester.
