Position(s): Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor
Outpatient LADC | Residential LADC

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is currently looking for a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).

Recovering Hope Treatment Center provides co-occurring treatment services for women. Women are also allowed to live with their children onsite while receiving their treatment services. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with women and children, has a good sense of humor, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team!

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is located on 80 acres and has an innovative and newer building. We care about our community and our mission.

This position requires a valid LADC, and this person is scheduled to work Monday-Friday during the day. There is an on-call component once every seven weeks, which requires carrying the on-call phone and answering questions from direct-care staff if they need assistance during off-hours. Finally, this position works one Saturday every seven weeks.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

 

Position(s): Recovery Advocate (RA)
Available Shifts: 11pm – 7am  and 7am – 3pm

We’re looking for talented, committed, and caring people to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily, direct client contact – monitor client behavior and performance of their responsibilities in the program;

· Collaboration with other staff members to ensure clients are getting the most out of their recovery and are living and learning in a safe and respectful environment;

· Help develop parenting skills with the women we serve

· Documentation and record keeping

· Medication Administration

· Cleaning duties as assigned

· Transportation to various outside appointments and activities.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED;

· 18 year of age or older;

· Ability to pass a background check;

· Minimum of 2 years free from substance abuse;

· Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; and

· Physical ability to perform the responsibilities of the position which include: bending, stooping, sitting, walking, and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Experience:

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Position: Mental Health Therapist LPCC/LMFT/LICSW

Recovering Hope is currently looking for full-time therapists to provide diagnostic assessments, individual sessions, couple’s counseling and family therapy. Recovering Hope is hoping to add experienced and self-directed therapists to enhance program values and philosophies, while providing mental health services for a diverse range of individuals in both outpatient and residential settings. Recovering Hope Treatment Center is also looking to develop group therapy programs in the future and would love anyone interested in facilitating group work. We are open to post-master licensure candidates and would provide individual and group supervision. Preference for candidates will go for dually licensed or EMDR trained therapists.

Position: Medication Technician

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated team member to work at our residential treatment program. The Medication Technician is responsible for providing health care services via medication administration to women in a behavioral health setting.

We currently have the following shift available:

  • Tuesday-Saturday, 2:30-11pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer scheduled and PRN medication under the direction of Registered and Licensed nursing staff.
  • Meet regularly with Medication Technician Supervisor
  • Provide legible, written documentation of client participation and progress in the client record as needed.
  • Timely report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate nursing staff and/or Medical Director.
  • Provide support to nursing staff regarding client’s health related needs.
  • Record client’s health status to include vital signs, intake and output and other necessary observations. Communicate recordings to appropriate nursing staff.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Able to pass a background check

Ability to attest to being free from problematic substance use for 2 years preceding employment

Medication administration experience preferred, but not required

Position: Cook E/O Weekend & Float Housekeeper

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is a team of professionals that specialize in working with women, women and children and pregnant women seeking recovery from addiction. We provide a supportive recovery environment, while also fostering and supporting recovery within the community.

We’re looking for committed, and caring person to join our Kitchen and Housekeeping team.

This position requires meal prep & cooking every other weekend and includes working as a float person in housekeeping a few days a week.

Position: LADC Intern

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is looking for individuals to join our team as alcohol and drug counseling interns. We are a gender-specific, co-occurring treatment program on a beautiful campus in Mora, MN. We provide services to individual, pregnant, and parenting women in a family treatment setting.

Recovering Hope Treatment Center has a newer facility, innovative programming, and a fun and strong team. We are excited for the opportunity to expand our team with qualified interns.

We provide weekly supervision, growth opportunities, intern office space, and the possibility of a paid internship during the second semester.
