Position: LADC Outpatient  

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is looking for individuals to join our team as alcohol and drug counselors for our outpatient team. We are a co-occurring outpatient program that providers day and evening intensive outpatient services, relapse prevention services, assessments, mental health services and medication management.

Recovering Hope Treatment Center has a newer facility, innovative programming, and a fun and strong team. We are excited for the opportunity to expand our team, and would also be willing to help with relocation costs for those who meet qualifications.

Our program is currently delivering services at the local County Jail and will be continuing to expand to more locations. This position is Monday- Friday approximately 8AM- 5PM and would involve travel to off site locations like the jail. Position: LADC Residential

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is currently looking for a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for their residential family treatment program in Mora, MN.

Recovering Hope Treatment Center provides co-occurring treatment services for women. Women are also allowed to live with their children onsite while receiving their treatment services. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with women and children, has a good sense of humor, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team!

This position requires a valid LADC, and this person is scheduled to work Monday-Friday during the day. There is an on-call component once every seven weeks, which requires carrying the on-call phone and answering questions from direct-care staff if they need assistance during off-hours. Finally, this position works one Saturday every seven weeks.

Position: Mental Health Therapist LPCC/LMFT/LICSW

Recovering Hope is currently looking for full-time therapists to provide diagnostic assessments, individual sessions, couple’s counseling and family therapy. Recovering Hope is hoping to add experienced and self-directed therapists to enhance program values and philosophies, while providing mental health services for a diverse range of individuals in both outpatient and residential settings. Recovering Hope Treatment Center is also looking to develop group therapy programs in the future and would love anyone interested in facilitating group work. We are open to post-master licensure candidates and would provide individual and group supervision. Preference for candidates will go for dually licensed or EMDR trained therapists.

Position:  Daycare Teacher

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma (GED), a minimum of 24 college credits with 4,160 (2yrs) hours of experience as an Assistant Teacher or be considered a qualified teacher based on education in early childhood development for our Daycare Teacher positions and preferred experience working with children for hire as a Teaching Aide.

Teachers will be required to plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, have good communication skills, problem solving skills and priority setting skills as well as the ability to maintain an overall positive and professional attitude/disposition, and will be expected to attend all in-service and staff meetings and meet all applicable licensing requirements including a background study.

Position: Cook E/O Weekend & Float Housekeeper

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is a team of professionals that specialize in working with women, women and children and pregnant women seeking recovery from addiction. We provide a supportive recovery environment, while also fostering and supporting recovery within the community.

We’re looking for committed, and caring person to join our Kitchen and Housekeeping team.

This position  requires meal prep and cooking every other weekend and working as a float in housekeeping a few days a week.

Position Description:

Medication Technician

Position Summary:

The Medication Technician is responsible for providing health care services via medication administration to women in a behavioral health setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer scheduled and PRN medication under the direction of Registered and Licensed nursing staff.
  • Meet regularly with Medication Technician Supervisor
  • Provide legible, written documentation of client participation and progress in the client record as needed.
  • Timely report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate nursing staff and/or Medical Director.
  • Provide support to nursing staff regarding client’s health related needs.
  • Record client’s health status to include vital signs, intake and output and other necessary observations. Communicate recordings to appropriate nursing staff.


High School Diploma or equivalent

Able to pass a background check

Ability to attest to being free from problematic substance use for 2 years preceding employment

Medication administration experience preferred, but not required

We are a gender-specific, co-occurring treatment program on a beautiful campus in Mora, MN. We provide services to individual, pregnant, and parenting women in a family treatment setting.
