Position: LADC Residential

Recovering Hope is seeking a qualified Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for our residential program. Our co-occurring program provides residential services to women, pregnant women, and women and their children. We currently have an opportunity for someone passionate about women and their recovery to join our team!

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8-4pm. We do offer relocation assistance for someone who may be interested in moving closer for the position. This position is compensated at $55,000-$62,000 annually, and a generous PTO package. Additionally, we have excellent health insurance with no waiting period, as well as a 401k with match.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping women, have a sense of humor, and enjoy working in a collaborate team!

The LADC works with a team of 8 other LADCs to provide individual counseling, group counseling, treatment planning, and case management services to our clients.

Position: LADC Outpatient  

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is looking for individuals to join our team as alcohol and drug counselors for our outpatient team. We are a co-occurring outpatient program that providers day and evening intensive outpatient services, relapse prevention services, assessments, mental health services and medication management.

Recovering Hope Treatment Center has a newer facility, innovative programming, with an engaging and strong team. We are excited for the opportunity to expand our team, and would also be willing to help with relocation costs for those who meet qualifications.

Our program is currently delivering services at the local County Jail and will be continuing to expand to more locations. This position is Monday- Friday approximately 8AM- 5PM and would involve travel to off site locations like the jail. Recovering Hope offers free supervision for mental health candidates.

The position would primarily be assessments, group and individual counseling.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of healthcare, including conducting physical exams and general health assessments for clients and providing on-going consultation with the treatment team regarding physical health related concerns of clients.

  • Complete necessary assessments including intake physical assessments, physical exams, and general health assessments.
  • Provide direction to Medication Technicians and respond to questions related to medication administration.
  • Meet with client treatment teams for treatment planning and consultation.
  • Document client participation, progress, and updates in client records.
  • Facilitate group health education and state required education.
  • Continue professional development to maintain licensing requirements.
  • Work as a member of the broader team of the Center to ensure a high level of service to our clients, including assisting with general housekeeping, kitchen duties, and light maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License from the State of Minnesota in good standing
  • Two years of work experience providing physical health care service to adults.
  • Must be 21 years of age, per licensure requirements pertaining to staff who supervise clients at a residential facility.
  • Experience providing physical health care services to children. (Preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge, experience, or expertise with management of acute and chronic health related needs of clients with mental and/or substance dependency needs. (Preferred but not required)
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment such as: calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
  • Ability to frequently communicate with employees, managers, clients, and other individuals with key relationships.
  • Ability to read and update medical records, prescriptions, medication bottles, medical orders, etc.
  • Successful completion of background screening.
  • Ability to attest to being free from problematic substance use for two years preceding employment.

Position: Mental Health Therapist LPCC/LMFT/LICSW

Recovering Hope is currently looking for full-time therapists to provide diagnostic assessments, individual sessions, couple’s counseling and family therapy. Recovering Hope is hoping to add experienced and self-directed therapists to enhance program values and philosophies, while providing mental health services for a diverse range of individuals in both outpatient and residential settings. Recovering Hope Treatment Center is also looking to develop group therapy programs in the future and would love anyone interested in facilitating group work. We are open to post-master licensure candidates and would provide individual and group supervision. Preference for candidates will go for dually licensed or EMDR trained therapists.

Position:  Recovery Advocate (RA)

A Recovery Advocate is responsible for facilitating and supporting the recovery activities of clients, coordinating the necessary administrative tasks related to client care, and acting as a representative of the treatment staff. In addition, Recovery Advocates maintain a visible presence throughout the building and are alert to safety hazards and accountability of the clients.

Position: LADC Intern

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is looking for individuals to join our team as alcohol and drug counseling interns. We are a unique, gender-specific, co-occurring treatment program that provides services to individuals, pregnant, and parenting women in a family treatment setting.

Position: Administative Assistant

Recovering Hope is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! Our facility offers both Residential and Outpatient Service and has 80 plus employees! This position will focus on assisting in Human Resource and Business Office tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee wellness, daily HR needs, billing, accounts receivable and stream lining processes.

Position: Kitchen Supervisor

Join our Recovering Hope team as a Kitchen Supervisor! Recovering Hope is a Residential Treatment Facility for women, women with children and pregnant women. We are looking for an honest hard working individual who is driven to help others. We offer banquet, homestyle meals allowing our clients to focus on their recovery while feeling at home.

    The Cook is responsible for meal preparation and clean up.


    • High school diploma or GED
    • One year previous cook experience

    • Refill and restock supplies in the cafeteria area including coffee, napkins, utensils, etc.
