Recovering Hope Treatment Center is a family owned recovery facility for 108 women and 30 children. In 2014, three families began discussions on how to give back to the community they lived in. The families spent some time researching where some of the biggest gaps in services were in this rural community. The idea of Recovering Hope began to develop. The families started to build in 2015 on 40 acres in their home community of Mora, MN. At the time of opening, the facility was able to serve 50 women and 30 children and soon the clients and staff outgrew this space. In 2018, Recovering Hope Treatment Center embarked on building an expansion that would include an additional 24 women’s residential beds and outpatient services to serve the community. In 2019, our outpatient services opened with day and even co-occurring groups, medication management and individual services. The sky is the limit in 2020 and thus far Recovering Hope has added children and adolescent mental health services.
