At Recovering Hope, our leadership team brings together licensed professionals from a range of disciplines, counselors, clinicians, interventionists, and recovery coaches, each with deep expertise and a shared commitment to helping individuals and families find their way to healing.

Ray Ludowese

Ray is a founding partner of Recovering Hope and serves as chief executive officer. A seasoned executive who excels in establishing healthy and productive working relationships with employees, customers and vendors, Ray successfully enhances organizational productivity and efficiency by effectively directing and supporting operations, services and troubleshooting issues as they arise. His philosophy of attracting and empowering knowledgeable and talented employees contributes to his success in creating high-growth, industry-leading businesses. Ray credits his talented staff with fueling Recovering Hope’s explosive growth since it opened in 2006.

Sadie Broekemeier

Sadie brings boundless energy and deep expertise to her role ensuring Recovering Hope delivers gold-standard substance use disorder and mental health care. A seasoned clinician, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a master's degree in addiction counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School, and is licensed as both a professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). Her career spans diverse populations across leading organizations including Prairie Care, Rivermend Health, and Pride Institute. Beyond Recovering Hope, Sadie is deeply committed to her field and community — serving on the Mora, Minnesota City Council, co-leading the Treatment Collaborative, sitting on the MARRCH board of governors, and teaching practicum, case management, and assessment in the Drug and Alcohol Counseling Program at Anoka Ramsey Community College.

Carmichael Finn

With over two decades of experience, Finn holds licenses as an alcohol and drug counselor in the State of Minnesota and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to their leadership role, Finn serves as Adjunct Faculty at Metropolitan State University and Minneapolis College, where they teach in Alcohol and Drug Counseling programs. They are also the owner of Carmichael Finn LLC, specializing in team-building, training, and quality consultation for behavioral health organizations.

Finn serves on the Board of Directors of Thrive Family Recovery Resources a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering positive change in the lives of families navigating the journey of healing and hope amidst the challenges of addiction.  Finn also serves as the President of the Minnesota Alliance of Rural Addiction Treatment Programs (MARATP) Ethics Committee.

Jenna utilizes her business experience to provide oversight and management of various Recovering Hope departments. Her interests include systems management, organizational psychology, business models, and behavioral health management.
