Why Family Treatment Matters

At Recovering Hope, we believe that family plays an integral role in the recovery process. Our commitment to family treatment extends beyond just our residential program, offering a variety of services to ensure that both the individual and their loved ones are supported during treatment.

About US

Our Story

Our family treatment approach not only supports the individual but also helps heal the family as a whole. From the ability to have children on-site to family group sessions and daycare services, we are committed to offering  care that strengthens families and promotes long-term recovery.

Recovering Hope is proud to be one of the very few treatment centers in the United States that offers this specialized care, allowing women to bring their children into the program with them. This unique focus on family ensures that both mothers and their children receive the support they need to heal together and build a foundation for a healthier future.

Our Mission:
Transforming families and restoring hope – a commitment that guides every aspect of our care.

Onsite Daycare Services

Our on-site daycare services are available for both residential women and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clients for children up to the age of 5. Our daycare is designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children while their mothers engage in treatment. With licensed early childhood educators, a focus on early childhood development, and a range of age-appropriate activities, we ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

Licensed Educators with Parent Aware Rating

Our daycare is staffed by licensed early childhood educators and holds a Parent Aware rating, ensuring high-quality care that meets rigorous standards for early childhood development. This rating reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment for children.

Healthy Meals and Play

Children in our daycare receive nutritious snacks and meals throughout the day, ensuring their well-being. Outdoor play is offered twice daily, encouraging physical activity and social interaction in a safe, supervised environment, helping children stay active and engaged.

Individualized Care for Each Child

We focus on the unique needs of every child, tailoring our care to ensure each child feels supported. Our goal is to provide a nurturing and growth-oriented environment that promotes their emotional, physical, and social development during their time at Recovering Hope.

Before Arrival With Your Child

For mothers planning to reunify with their children during treatment, we take a compassionate and supportive approach:

  • Complete a quick screening to assess your situation.
  • Identify any barriers, such as childcare, transportation, or other logistical issues.
  • Verify your child’s age and specific needs to ensure appropriate accommodations.
Arrival With Your Child

Whether you bring your child with you or plan for their later arrival, our intake and daycare teams will be ready to assist. You’ll meet with the team to:

  • Complete necessary paperwork.
  • Answer any remaining questions.
  • Review any special considerations for your child.
Introduction To Our Daycare

We offer on-site daycare services to ensure your child receives excellent care while you focus on your recovery. Our daycare staff will:

  • Meet with you to discuss your child’s needs.
  • Provide a detailed list of what to bring, including daily essentials for your child.
  • Explain what to expect during their time in daycare.
Coordination and Placement

Coordination with Your Counselor Your primary counselor will work with third parties to help bring your child on-site, and once any barriers are resolved, the counselor will coordinate with the admissions team to finalize the process.

Placement Depending on availability, you will either be placed on our waitlist or assigned a mom room in our residential program.
