We believe the people who choose Recovering Hope deserve to be treated with dignity and respect as they work to improve their quality of life and overall well-being. Recovering Hope works with each patient to design a program that meets their individual needs, using the industry’s most advanced and proven approaches to mental health and substance abuse treatment.
In 2014, six community-minded businesspeople recognized that women in Minnesota were struggling to find substance abuse treatment services that addressed the unique social, emotional and financial challenges often faced by women when considering residential treatment options – including the challenge of preserving family bonds while leaving children behind to undergo treatment to reclaim their health and lives.
In 2016, Recovering Hope opened its doors as a 74-bed residential substance abuse treatment facility located on a peaceful and quiet 47-acre setting in Mora, Minnesota, with the express purpose of removing the most difficult barriers to recovery faced by women. Today, Recovering Hope has grown into a 108-bed residential facility with on-site licensed daycare for children under the age of five; an outpatient substance abuse treatment program serving all ages and genders, and a comprehensive mental health counseling center for all ages and genders.
Since opening, Recovering Hope has distinguished itself in the industry and in Minnesota as providing a warm, welcoming patient-centered environment with a compassionate professional team and staff who provide the gold standard for substance use disorder treatment and mental health counseling.
