Recovering Hope Treatment Center offers chemical dependency assessments, co-occurring residential and outpatient treatment services, mental health assessments, individual and group mental health services, and medication management. Chemical dependency assessments
Chemical dependency assessments are designed to comprehensively assess an individual’s substance use history, physical health, mental health, and factors impacting recovery. Completing a chemical dependency assessment is the first step in preparing to engage in treatment services. Recovering Hope offers chemical dependency assessments by appointment. Co-Occurring residential and outpatient treatment services
Following completion of the chemical dependency assessment, you may be referred to either residential or outpatient treatment services through Recovering Hope. If you completed your chemical dependency assessment through a provider other than Recovering Hope, please request to have it faxed to our Admissions Department at 651-323-2558. Once your chemical dependency assessment has been received and reviewed, one of our Admission Specialists will reach out to you and your referent to coordinate services.
Mental health assessments
Recovering Hope offers mental health assessments for children ages 0 – 5, adolescents, and adults. To schedule a mental health assessment, please contact us at 320-364-1300.
Individual and group mental health services
Recovering Hope offers individual, couples, and family therapy services. To schedule individual or group mental health services, please contact us at 320-364-1300.
Recovering Hope offers medication management for psychiatric services via telehealth for individuals participating in residential treatment services. In spring of 2020, Recovering Hope will be offering outpatient medication management services. Please contact us at 320-364-1300 to learn more.
